Description:

Participate in the 5-week Summer Strides Challenge this June through July! Pair up with a colleague, neighbor or friend to increase your motivation throughout the challenge. This step challenge will give you the boost you need to kick start your summer!

The objective of the challenge is to track your daily steps to meet each milestone (i.e. 25,000 steps/milestone). Each day, record your steps in the challenge tracker using a fitness device or manually track. The individual with the most steps at the end of the challenge will win a special prize!
