Join us for an 8-week challenge to a stronger you! Each participant will make an appointment with Cathy for a weigh-in including, weight, BMI, Body Fat Percent, and Lean Body Mass Percent. During the following 6 weeks, you will receive daily and weekly tips and challenges that will have your body peaked with nutrition and exercise. On Week 8 make another appointment to weigh-out. There will be prizes for the person who lost the most body fat percentage, the person who gained the most lean body mass percentage, and the person that has the most overall positive change. This is not your regular weight loss challenge. You will have access to a health coach every step of the way and the focus is on overall improvement!
