How it works:
This Fruit and Veggie Challenge is an individual challenge, NOT a team challenge. It is based on a point system.
Easy way to earn points (the goal is 5 points a day to be eligible for the weekly raffles).
When is the challenge? The 4 week challenge will be held from June 29th-July 26th. Registration will be open from June 11th-June 30th.
How do I enroll in the challenge? Simply log onto ChallengeRunner link and enter your personal username and password. If you are a first time visitor to the site, you will need to create an account. Click on the Need a "ChallengerRunner Account" button to get started. I strongly recommend you download the ChallengeRunner app to make it more convenient throughout the challenge.
How do I log my activity? You will simply track the points for the number of servings of fruits and vegetables each day and the extra points earned and log the results on the Challenge Runner app or website. Each day of the challenge, select the date you wish to log and enter the data. You must log in your points within 72 hours. This is based on the honor system so please play nice.
How am I eligible for the raffle? The goal is to eat and log at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day for four weeks. Each week any participants that logged in the goal of 35 points (5 points a day for 7 days) your name will be
entered into a drawing for a raffle prize. If you miss that goal one week, do not worry, you will still be eligible the following week by meeting the goal for that week.
The individual with the most points at the end of 4 weeks will be the over all winner.
