This challenge will run for 3 weeks, from Monday, June 15th - Sunday, July 5th. July 6th will be the last day to log activity information.
Watch the activity map as points earned move you across the country from Portland to New York City! At the end of the challenge, prizes will be awarded for top participants for each activity. Share your experience and post photos in your Challenge Runner account. Don't forget, you can also download the Challenge Runner app for your Android or iPhone to log activities on the go.

See a need, fill a need! Watch for moments when you can help out. Take a neighbor's trash can to the curb, trade places with the person behind you in line, remind essential workers how much you appreciate their hard work or cheerful outlook.

Bad habits can be the hardest to change. Instead, give it up for just one day. Whether you're giving up sugar, smoking, the internet, or other vice - you can do it!
