Description:

The Challenge:  

  • average 3,500 steps per day
  • eat one more serving of fruit or vegetable than you normally would each day
  • turn off all electronics at least 30 minutes before going to bed each day
  • do one random act of kindness each day- it doesn't have to be anything big. It could be saying a friendy hello to a stranger or co-worker that you usually don't connect with.

The Dates: Monday, August 17th - Sunday, August 30th

Points:  1 point per day posible for each activity listed above for a max point total of 56

Prizes: 

  • take 100,000 steps or more and you are entered into a raffle prize drawing- separate challenge link for this
  • earn 30 points or more  from the above 4 activities and you are entered into a raffle prize drawing
