30 Day I AM HEALTHY Challenge

This challenge builds on the 3 years anniversary of employee wellness at City of Liberty. Each day you will check the box for I AM HEALTHY amd you will share in the comments how you were healthy. This will give us all a chance to brag and to share new ideas with the group.

As a fun side project we will also have a drawing for selfies of your healthy habits. Evey week each photo you send will get you 1 drawing in the bucket and every Tuesday we will draw a winner for a prize.

You ave a 3 day grace period on recording your points and every week you will get an email with ideas for how to stay healthy and some of the great photos from the last week.
