Description:

This is a 6 week challenge program for the employees of crestwood lp. The purpose of this challenge is to track and evaluate progress throughout the 6 weeks.

Steps or Miles/Kilometers: 2-5 points per day

Track your steps/miles/kilometers on a pedometer, personal fitness tracker or by mapping your route/walking on the treadmill.

 4,000 steps / 2 miles / 3.22 kilometers = 2 points

6,000 steps or 3 miles / 4.83 kilometers = 3 points

8,000 steps or 4 miles / 6.44 kilometers = 4 points

10,000 steps or 5 miles / 8.05 kilometers = 5 points

Fruit Consumed (1/2 cup serving of FRESH or FROZEN fruit): 1-3 points per day

1 serving = 1 point

2 servings = 2 points

3-4 servings = 3 points

Vegetables Consumed (1 cup per serving of FRESH or FROZEN vegetables): 1-5 points per day

1 serving = 1 point

2 servings = 2 points

3 servings = 3 points

4 servings = 4 points

5 servings = 5 points

Water Consumed: 2-4 points per day

6 glasses (48oz) = 2 points

7 glasses (56 oz) = 3 points

8 glasses (64 oz) = 4 points

Workouts: 2-5 points per day

20-30 minute workout = 3 points

30-60 minute workout = 5 points

Weight: Weigh yourself once per week.

1 point per pound lost

Activities: Complete one or more of the activities each week to earn points! We'll give you new things to do each week of the challenge.

Hours of Sleep: Get 1 point per hour of sleep (up to 8) each night.

This challenge is focused on creating a healthier lifestyle so that you will feel, function and look your best!

Logging and Participantion is mandetory in order to win a prize. Cheating will not be tolerated. Any one caught reporting inaccurate numbers will be disqualifed.
