The Challenge: to develop greater resilience as we kick off 2121.
The Dates: Monday, Janaury 11th - Sunday, February 7th.
The Points:
Earn 1 point for each step taken per day
Earn 1,000 points per day by completing 30 minutes of strength training or other fitness activity (outside of walking or running)
Earn 1,000 points per day by completing a resiience activity( meditation, mindfulness or appreciation)
Tracking can be entered up to 3 days after the day of the occurance and all points must be entered by Wednesday, February 10th.
How to earn raffle tickets:
1 ticket - average 7,000 points per day
2 tickets - average 9,000 points per day
3 tickets - average 11,000 points per day
4 tickets - average 13,000 points per day
5 tickets (Max) - average 15,000 points per day
Prizes: 8 winners will be chosen based on the above raffle system and win a $100.00 gift card.
