We are running a 2021 Wellness challenge every month to complete and compete with your fellow firefighters. I will be sending out each months challenge along with information for your reading pleasure :)
The more you participate the more recognition and chances to win prizes! We would really like to see high participation in this challenge so we can grow and become healthier as a department. A healthy competition is always good! Get creative: workout together
