Welcome to the first Homerton ED fitness and wellbeing challenge ! :-)
This is how to get yourself or your team some points:
In the spaces below enter the daily number of minutes/steps for each activity.
If you have a fitness tracker you may use it to record your steps by registering it with the website. The tracker button on the right will help you set up your device.
Point Values:
Biking: Every 30 minutes equals 2 points
Running: Every 30 minutes equals 4 points
Dedicated Physical Activity: Every 30 minutes equals 2 points (please use the comments to tell us what you did!)
Yoga: Every 30 minutes equals 1 point
Dancing: Every 30 minutes equals 1 point
Walking:Every 2,000 steps equals 1 point
Milestone awards available at 20, 50, 100, 200 and 500 points!

To get everyone up and moving we are emabrking on a department wide activity challenge with the aim of making you feel good, getting your energy levels up and sparking that all important positive outlook. so go on join in, get moving and feel good about
yourself...!!!
The challenge lasts for 28 days (yep that's all of February!) and you get points for doing active things. You can compete as an individual or join forces with colleagues to make a team. There will be awards and prizes along the way as well as shout
outs for exceptional efforts..
