Description:

Caring for others is only possible when you care for yourself.

We are challenging you to 4 weeks of prioritizing your self-care!

The four pillars are: EAT, SLEEP, MOVE, BREATHE

Everyday, you are encouraged to engage in activities pertaining to each of these ares. Find an accountability partner in your school, department, or otherwise, and get ready to take care of YOU.

EAT: The whole rainbow (plus white & brown)!(Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, White, Brown)

SLEEP: At least 7 hours a night

MOVE: At least 20 minutes a day (joyful movement a plus!)

BREATHE: Take 5 minutes to a day to meditate, focus on your breath, relax, or pray
