Winter Work-outs

For this 6-week challenge, participants are required to do a winter-themed OUTDOOR activity for at least 60 minutes each week (either all at once or broken up and equaling at least 60 minutes. Suggestions include: sledding, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, ice skating, broom ball, running, OR short bouts of outdoor exercise (i.e. 10 minute mini-circuit done on six days during the week). Each week must involve a DIFFERENT activity in order to count.
