Description:

The Challenge:  to build your resistency by being active via steps and other exercise options. And also, to practice including a mindful activity such as yoga, journaling or meditation in your daily rouitne. 

The Dates:  Thursday, April 1st through Monday, April 28th

The Points: max points per day 550

  • Track your steps daily:  100 points for 5,000 steps or 200 points for 10,000 or more max/day 
  • Complete 30 minutes of exercsie other than steps: max of 100 points/day
  • Complete a resiliency  practice such as yoga, journaling, meditaion, etc- max of 100 points/day
  • Think of 3 different things each morning before your day starts that you are grateful for - max of 150 points/day

Earn 1 raffle ticket per 1,500 points 

Prizes: 3 -$50 e cards will be drawn from the raffle tickets earned during the challenge
