PMAM #GCactive 2021 Challenge
The challenge hopes to promote wellness by encouraging participants to move their bodies more during the day. There is only one rule: complete at least 21 minutes of any physical activity each day. Walk, run, yoga, dance, you name it!
Participants must record their into the ChallengeRunner.com system. While it is recommended that participants log their activity every week, they have anytime to do so during the challenge period. In the leaderboard, each participant is able to see where they stand in relation to other participants using real or made up names.
This challenge will run from May to September. At the conclusion, the participants with the top three recorded activity will be awarded the following:
