Description:
The Summer Moves Challenge will promote fitness, health, and wellness by encouraging participants to move more oftendaily, weekly, and monthly. Participants may use any array of popular step counters and fitness trackers (e.g. Strava, Garnmin, Fitbit, Polar, etc) to record the number of daily weighted-miles covered and record this number into the ChallengeRunner.com system. It can be entered either through the website or by using the ChallengeRunner smartphone app. While it is recommended that participants log distance every evening, they have up to seven (7) days to record daily distance/s or otherwise ensure device syncing is complete and accurate. The totals of those distances are then compared against one another and a real-time leaderboard is made available.
This challenge will run through Labor Day, September 6th. At the conclusion the challenge, the Endurers with the top three recorded mileage (recorded weighted run, bike, and swim) will be awarded the following bragging rites:
