Description:
This challenge is a 31 day challenge consisting of you doing 4 minutes of a full body plank daily.
You can split it up during the day and just do what you can, 15 sec./30 sec. or 1 minute, as long as you do a total of 4 minutes a day.
This challenge is phyically challenging and is for you to challenge yourself. There are no prizes, but if you give it a try you just may see a difference in your endurance and strength by the end of it.
