Welcome to our BeWell Holiday Challenge-12 DAYS OF FITNESS.  This is a short 12 day challenge that is designed to be an accumulative build on simple exercise and will end with you having a 12 minute Full Body workout routine!  This is perfect for those who are busy but still trying to stay in sahpe during the holiday season, for those trying to get a head start on New Years Resolutions, or for those who are bored with their exisiting routine!  We also added a simple walk each day that also builds as the days go on.  It's perfect for a walking meeting, or time with your family, friends or pet. If you are too busy for that, then just count your steps from your daily schedule and keep going until you reach the goal! Prizes will be raffled off to those who qualify by completing ALL twelve days of activities!
