Description:

Here is how it will work:

  • This challenge will run for 30 days, it will cost $45 for the Challenge, and each workout will be 30 minutes. 
  • The challenge will be conducted live over Zoom at 8:30 am each day. If you are unable to attend the live sessions, the daily workout and video link will be forwarded to you via email to complete. 
  • The workouts in this challenge will include bodyweight exercises and some exercises with smaller hand-held equipment that can be found around the house.
  • After you complete each workout, you will check in with me with a photo of yourself post workout. (Send via email or text ect.)
  • A $50 cash prize will be rewarded to the client that loses the most weight. And a $25 cash prize for whomever checks in the most consistently daily.
  • Other small challenges will be done along the way and announced throughout the challenge. .

 

If you would like to join the challenge, here’s what I will need from you:

 

  • Your full name

 

  • A current photo of you, with a sign saying “Day 1, January 3”.

  • One - two smart goal(s) that you would like to work towards in this challenge.

 

  • Your current weight.
