Healthy and Homemade Challenge

Do you love the taste of a good, homecooked meal? Challenge yourself to make delicious, nutritious foods in the comfort of your own home with our Healthy and Homemade Challenge!

Challenge Dates: January 24th - February 6th

Challenge Instructions

Prepare at least 7 healthy meals at home within 14 days! Choose your favorite recipes using at least two of the following ingredients: whole grains, fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy, lean meats, or low-sodium products to cook over the next two weeks. Then, show us how you’re serving it up by uploading a picture of each meal to the Challenge Runner platform!

How to Upload Your Photos

Challenge Runner App:

  1. Locate the banner for the week you are uploading a photo (ex: Healthy Meal Photo #1.) Select the pencil icon in this banner.
  2. Click on “select photo.” Select a photo from your device’s images.
  3. Click “save.”

Challenge Runner Website:

  1. Locate the banner for the week you are uploading a photo (ex: Healthy Meal Photo #1.) Select “choose file” in this banner.
  2. Locate the photo you’d like to upload in your device’s files. Click “open.”
  3. Click on the orange “upload” button.

Prizes

Those who upload 7 photos of healthy, homecooked meals over the challenge period will be entered into a drawing for one of three amazon echos!
