Increase Resilience 30 Day Challenge is here to help inspire you to carve out 15min per day for a mindfulness exercise. Pick one of the suggestions below and complete for 15min for 1 point per day. 

1. Get outside

2. Sit quietly and focus on breathing slowly and deeply

3. Journal

4. Get some movement (ex: walking,running, dancing, yoga, cycling, etc.)

5. Pay attention to your 5 senses (what do you see, hear, smell, taste and feel)

6. Laugh

7. Spend time with a loved one or pet
