Description:
This yoga challenge will promote wellness and increase flexibility by encouraging participants to do Yoga for 2 months. To receive credit, participants must log into the ChallengeRunner.com system each day (either online or with the challenge runner mobile application) and check that they performed yoga or rested (on prescribed rest days-for every 3 yoga days there will be a rest day). While it is recommended that participants log their participation every evening, they have up to four days to do it.
