Description:

Welcome to the Summer 2022 Sandvine Sales Fitness Challenge!

  • Contest Time Frame: 89 Days (June 6th, 2022 to September 2nd, 2022)

  • Top 5 people in total points at the end of the contest are eligible for prizes

  • Any Sandvine employee is welcome to join in the fun, however, prizes are limited to the Sales organization

  • You can enter in your activies each day using any of the following:

    • Internet Browser (Chrome recommended)

    • Iphone App

    • Android App

  • You must enter activities within 5 days of activity. Activies past 5 days get locked.

Scoring:

  • Weight Lifting: 1 Hour = 4 points (max 2 hours per day)

  • High Intensity Workout: 1 Hour = 4 points (max 2 hours per day)

  • Low Intensity Workout: 1 Hour = 2 points (max 2 hours per day)

  • Cardio Machines: 1 Hour = 4 points (max 2 hours per day)

  • Cycling (Leisure): 1 Hour = 2 points (max 2 hours per day)

  • Cycling (Vigorous): 1 Hour = 6 points (max 2 hours per day)

  • Swimming (Leisure): 1 Hour = 2 points (max 2 hours per day)

  • Swimming (Vigorous): 1 Hour = 7 points (max 2 hours per day)

  • Hiking: 1 Hour = 4 points (max 3 hours per day)

  • Golf (1 round of 18 holes, walking): 1 Round = 4 points (max 1 round per day)

  • Running: 2.5 km or 1.55 miles = 2 points (max 13 km or 8 miles per day)

  • Walking: 2.5 km or 1.55 miles = 0.75 point (max 13 km or 8 miles per day)
