This is your challenge and you can choose to do it your way with any workout that can be recorded via a device that calculates calories.
Weight loss boils down to a simple formula: burn more Calories than you take in. There is no magic pill. Results come from hard work and consistency.
Why are you doing this? Because strength doesn’t come from what you can do. Strength comes from overcoming the things you thought you couldn’t. And a little extra work does a body good.
