Description:

Team, we are creating a new fitness challenge for 2023 that will continue until our next team meeting. This challenge will be self paced, but a sample weekly routine will be provided, along with examples on how to do each excercise properly. 

The end goal is improved well being and fitness, with a fitness test at our team meeting over the following 4 excercises and parameters:

Running / Walking:

Goal - Run a mile in 10 minutes or less or walk a mile in less than 20 minutes. 

Push-ups:

Goal - Complete 20 Push-ups contunisouly  (traditonal or knee)

Sit-ups / Crunches: 

Goal - Complete 30 Sit-ups contunisouly or 40 Crunches

Planks:

Goal - Hold a plank for 1 min
