This two-week challenge (10 days) is focused on employee self-care highlighted by two themes:

1.    A Digital diet of turning off technology for periods of time.

2.    Taking a break from the desk/workstation and performing a self-care activity.  The goal is to focus on two simple areas and begin to establish at least one healthy habit in each category vs a shotgun approach of trying many things in a short period of time with no long-term result.
