The Air 1000 Challenge invites you to do 1000 minutes of outdoor exercise in one month - approximately 33 minutes a day.
Spring is finally here, so shed your winter clothes, dust off your walking shoes and enjoy being under an open sky. This challenge will keep you in better balance with the nature around you, and as the spring awakens and regenerates, so shall you.
How to do it: Log how many minutes you exercise outside over the next month, and see if you can get to 1000 minutes. Either enter your minutes every day, or do it each week. You can only enter data a maxiumum of 7 days after it occurs, so keep track! You can watch your progress and other participants progress on the leaderboard.
