Join the holiday fitness blast to work your way toward better physical strength and endurance.
Activities will include a variety of strength and endurance-based exercises with a goal to complete up to 10 activities per day.
Pick and choose which exercises work best for you. Try 1 of each activity; or 10 of just your favorite activity. For better results, group activities together, to complete multiple sets at one time.
There are options for all levels of fitness and abilities. They are designed to be completed most anywhere including work, home, and outdoors. No additional equipment will be required (think soup cans or milk jugs for dumbbells).
Exercises to include wall sits, jumping jacks, jump squats, power walking, push ups, basic weight training, and MORE!
BONUS POINTS: Add weights with movement to any exercise for extra points! Each exercise will include instructions for Bonus Points in the description.
