Welcome to The Bar Toowoombas Habit challenge! Lets start 2024 off by building some great habits that will make it easier to make great progress over the year! There is two main rule for the 6 weeks:

  1. Honesty is key here. DO NOT check off tasks until you have completed them. We will be doing random checks throughout the 6 weeks and if we do find you have checked off something (eg. tracked calories) without actually tracking for the day we will deduct points.
  2. With the steps, tick off the 7500 task when you have completed it, then the 10000 step task if you make the step count. Both should be ticked off past 10000 steps.
