Challenge Period: Challenges will run from Tuesday to Monday
Steps/Points: 1 step = 1 point
Participation: All employees are encouraged to join in the fun!
Rules/Guidelines:
Utilize the Challenge Runner app to sync your personal device for step tracking or manually enter your activities.
Convert various fitness activities into steps for accurate tracking and fair competition. For example:
45 minutes of weight training equals 3015 steps
30 minutes of swimming equals 5430 steps
30 minutes of dancing equals 3270 steps
Manually input these activities on the Challenge Runner app to earn points.
Points and Prizes:
Every week participants will receive a bonus of 5000 steps to kickstart their weekly progress.
Your steps will be converted into points, qualifying you for the weekly and final prize draws.
Weekly Draw: Every Tuesday, we'll hold a draw for a $75 gift certificate.
Grand Prize: On June 19th, we'll hold a grand draw with three prizes: one $300 prize and two $150 prizes.
Special Event: In June, get ready for a fun-filled day with a Paintball game and BBQ. Date to be determined.

Participate in these weekly sprints and track your activity.
