Description:
15-day challenge to walk at least 10k per day + in-corporate 5 mins breathing exercise daily. This is a simple steps challenge – Run or walk, every step counts. More steps you take you have better chance to win.
Rules: Steps will be counted only if you have done the breathing exercise. If you miss it, your steps for that day will not be counted against total.
Duration: Starts May 13th and ends May 27th.
Prize: 1st place 5000, 2nd 2500, 3rd 2000 points in Achiever. Winners will be announced on 30th.
How do I track? Use any device to track your steps. And send me an IM daily with the steps you take & whether you incorporate breathing exercise.
