About the Challenge
This will be a 21 day challenge, starting
June 9th and ending June 29th.
Participants will be challenged to complete 30 min of whatever exercise you choose, 5 days a week. This is an individual challenge, not team based; you're competing against yourself!
Exercises will be tracked on the tracker app (Which can sync with a smartwatch if you have one!)
