Description:

At the KIPP Football Field from 11a to 3p (1/2 block from Union Market), Field Day activities will include kick ball, three-legged races, tug-of-war, laser tag and more. There is also a walking track around the field for walkers or runners who want get in steps while watching the field day games. For Field day gamers/walkers or runners, there will be a 1 Day Steps Challenge (preregistration and wearable device or smart phone app required). Adjacent to the football field there will be an area for free health screenings and health information. You don't have to participate in the field day activities in order to receive a free screening or health information.

At Union Market from 1 to 4p, there will be mini-carnival with several health related booths with products and information on nutrition, vitamins, fitness clubs, personal trainers, etc. There will also be a live DJ and some carnival games like a health trivia spin the wheel game with prizes.

From 4 to 6p there will be a Karaoke Happy Hour where the Field Day and carnival participants can interact, have fun and cool down from the day's activities.
