Get ready to move, because September 2018 will be the first ever WAB 10,000 Step Challenge!” 

 

To lose weight, become healthier, or maintain our personal wellness, we should take at least 10,000 steps each day. For the next four weeks, WAB is challenging YOU, WAB employees, from beginning fitness levels to all-star athletes, to participate in the WAB “ "Steps Challenge”. Start the journey of becoming healthier and receive rewards for your efforts along the way!

Get ready to move, because September 2018 will be the first ever WAB Step Challenge!

Think you can’t do it? There are lots of ways to sneak more steps into your day. Take the stairs; walk at lunch or on your coffee break. Walk to your co-worker’s desk instead of sending an email. Walk your way to some amazing prizes!

For each week in September, take 50,000 steps per week and your name will get entered in the draw to win a gift!  We will have 5 weekly winners.

Top 5 Steppers of the challenge will win a $100 gift card

Top 25 will receive a $50 gift card 

 

Drawing will be on Monday October 1st!

 

You will need a pedometer, activity tracker, or you can download a free tracking app on your phone. While this will be on the honor system, please make sure we can verify your results, so if it’s not trackable, make sure to take a picture before you reset!
