This will be a 30 day challange.  We will take Messarments, weight the day before the challange starts and the day it ends.  I am not doing prizes this time its more getting a feel of how to run the challange. Also this is pretty short notice to gather enough people to make it worth paying for it.  So basically y'all are my gunie pigs! 

Now if you do not know what the whole30 is I highly recommend ordering and reading the book "It starts with food" you can find it on Amazon.  Its a quick easy read and really makes your 30 day journey alot easier. When you know your "why" things seem to be more worth doing.
