30 Minute Basic Activity Challenge
The Basic Activity Challenge will promote wellness by encouraging participants to get at least 30 minutes or more of exercise as often during the day. Participants may use a pedometer or other step tracker to record the number of daily steps taken and record this number into the ChallengeRunner.com system either through the website or by using the ChallengeRunner smartphone apps. While it is recommended that participants log steps every evening, they have up to seven days to record daily steps.
This challenge will run for four weeks.
