Royal Truck & Equipment is hosting its first-ever health competition! Rob Roy holds health near and dear to his heart. He would like to share his passion with his company through a fun light-hearted challenge. The goal? To try to make good habits, and begin to lead a healthier lifestyle.

This is a point-based challenge that will reward participants for eating healthy, logging activity, and losing weight/body fat percentage.
