Description:
Perform 20 pull-ups every day for the month of May. You can do one set of 20 or 20 sets of 1 or anything in between.
If you can’t do a pull-up you can do banded pull-ups or jumping pull-ups, but the goal is to get better at them.
Ideally you’ll use a pronates grip (hands facing away from you), but if that gives you elbow pain, use a supinate grip (hands facing towards you) which is technically a chin-up
