Description:

Healthy habits don’t come by accident! 

Daily practice makes a big difference! For the next 21 days, choose at least one of your healthy meals each day to share.  Enter the challenge in to steps 

  1. Take a picture of your meal and either upload to the Driving Wellness Challenge Center group on Facebook or text it to the Wellness Director at (803) 968-0835 
  2. Mark your entry on the Challenge Runner app on your phone

In order to complete the challenge, a healthy meal must be uploaded each day for 21 days from July 15 to August 4.  

Upon completing the challenge you will receive a $25 gift card or $25 added to your per diem!

The healthy meal must meet the following requirements:

  • No more than 3 oz of lean meat
    • Lean meat or protein can include poultry, fish, nuts, seeds, beans, 1 egg
  • Dairy should be low-fat 
  • At least half of your grains should be whole grain
  • Fats and oils should be unsaturated and no more than 1 Tbsp
  • At least 1 cup of fruits and/or vegetables or 2 cups of leafy greens
  • No Sodas! Only clear liquids like water or tea.  Coffee is okay as long as you have water with it. Limit the sugar! Try stevia when possible.
