Description:

The 30-Day Active Challenge will promote wellness by encouraging participants to become more active by completing a minimum of 30 minutes of fitness activity for 30 days straight. Whilst also achieving a minimum of 8 hours sleep each nigt.

To receive credit, participants must log into the ChallengeRunner.com system each day and check that they performed the required number of minutes. While it is recommended that participants log these minutes every evening, they have up to three days to log their activity.  To make it even more competitive, you may also log steps taken. The max that can be recorded is 20,000 steps per day.  You are able to get 1 point for every active minute and 1 point for every 10,000 steps taken.
