Description:

Join Fountain of Youth (FOY) Fitness's January Challenge and jump start your fitness goals in 2020! Challenge starts 1/2/20 and runs through the end of January.

The Keys to Success:

  • Dry out: Alcohol Free for the month (even on the weekends!)
  • 30 for 30: 30 minutes of physical activity per day 
  • Shut it down: Target 7 hours sleep per night minimum
  • Resist the treats (avoid unhealthy snacks and desserts)
  • Shoot for 5: Eat 5 fruits and vegetables every day

Each of the five activites are worth 1 point each day. 

Highest cumulative points wins! (Bragging rights and locked in healthy habits!)
