Walking into Spring Challenge

The Walking into Spring Challenge will promote wellness by encouraging participants to walk more often during the day. Participants may use a pedometer or other step tracker to record the number of daily steps taken and record this number into the ChallengeRunner.com system either through the website or by using the ChallengeRunner smartphone apps. While it is recommended that participants log steps every evening, they have up to seven days to record daily steps.
This challenge will run for four weeks. At the conclusion of four weeks, the participants who meet the daily minimum step count of 4000 steps will be entered into a drawing for four $25.00 GIft Cards.
